Product Overview
The TK-B23(32)92-3LCD10 series single mode transceiver is a small form factor pluggable module designed for duplex optical data communications, including 10GBASE-LR/LW as defined by IEEE 802.3ae. Featuring an SFP+ 20-pin connector, it enables hot plug capability for seamless integration.
This module is engineered for single mode fiber operation with nominal wavelengths of 1270nm or 1330nm. The transmitter section employs a multiple quantum well DFB laser that complies with Class 1 laser safety standards per IEC-60825.
The receiver section incorporates an integrated InGaAs detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header, paired with a limiting post-amplifier IC for optimal performance.
