FC Fiber Optic Connector – Threaded Screw Lock
The FC fiber optic connector is a high-performance, detachable active connection device designed to establish precise physical contact between optical fibers. It accurately aligns the end faces of two fibers, maximizing optical energy coupling from the transmitting fiber to the receiving fiber while minimizing signal degradation.
Manufactured by TAKFLY, this connector features a metal threaded screw-on coupling mechanism that provides a secure, vibration-resistant connection - making it the preferred choice for telecom central offices, industrial networks, and test instruments where connection stability is critical. Unlike push-pull designs, the FC's screw-lock system ensures the connector remains firmly mated even under mechanical shock or cable strain.
The connector is available with either UPC (Ultra Physical Contact) or APC (Angled Physical Contact) polish options. The PC/UPC version delivers excellent return loss for standard applications, while the APC 8° angled polish effectively suppresses back reflection for high-bandwidth and analog transmission systems.
Anti-dust Function by Dust Cap
Each fiber optic connector includes a dust cap that protects the ferrule from dust and keeps it clean.
Selected High Quality Ferrule
Available with high quality ferrule and professional polishing technology, providing precise matching for optical endface to achieve stable transmission and efficient connection.
